Snake Drive Stout Our dry Irish style stout is assertive; with dark roasted malts and a hop bite! We named this beer in honor of St Patrick who drove the snakes out of Ireland.     O.G. 1.054                  ABV 5.5%

FAT CAT in Pink Boots - New England style (cloudy) IPA - O.G. 1.065 ABV 7.2%  This version of Fat Cat - is slightly fatter and hopped exclusively with this years Pink Boots hop blend from Yakama Chief - the proceeds from the sale of the hops goes to support women in the brewing industry though the Pink Boots Society. Orange in color like our unflappable neighborhood cat (who sadly moved this spring). Made with a majority of Pa. barley, wheat & oats from Double Eagle.     The 2020 Pink Boots Blend was chosen by more than 100 PBS members during the 2019 Great American Beer Festival. The blend consists of Azacca®, El Dorado®, Idaho Gem™ and Loral®, creating a blend with tropical, citrus and piney aromatic qualities.

 Solstice Dubbel A Belgian style dubbel, we first made this to celebrate our 2^nd anniversary and the Winter Solstice in 1998. A tawny brown beer that is soft and malty on the palette with hints of toffee and spices.

What is Nucleation? It's a feature added to glassware that provides a rich and complete sensory experience. By laser etching tiny grooves into the inside base of a glass, dissolved CO₂ has something to latch on to and form bubbles. This gentle agitation produces a steady stream of effervescent fizz that rises to the surface, carrying aroma-containing volatiles with it. These bubbles enrich the drinking experience in a number of ways.
